6 pc. MIWE Thermos static ovens, each oven has 8 stone decks to bake on stone plate. Heated with thermal oil, steaming function, electric heating boiler for the thermal oil. Stone plates are mounted on trolleys which can be removed from the oven, this way it is possible to bake products on trays in trolleys.
Loading position for the Miwe assist, Here trolleys with fully proofed dough pieces on peel boards can be placed to be loaded onto the Miwe assist
MIWE Assist, special trolley that automatically takes the dough pieces from peel boards, loads the oven plates and can remove the bread from the oven plates. Movement of the trolley needs to be done manually.
Unloading position for the MIWE Assist. The MIWE Assist places the baked breads in a special trolley were the breads need to be taken of manually.
