Sancassiano specializes in dough preparation systems. They specifically manufacture Automatic mixing systems, Mixers and Kneaders. Sancassiano bakery equipment, provides mixing solutions for the semi-industrial as well as the industrial bakeries. From smaller stand-alone mixers to automated high capacity continuous mixing systems that can handle capacities up to 10.000 kg/h. Both the mixers as well as the mixing tools are produced in house in their factory in Italy. This is unique in the industry, since a lot of other manufacturers would choose to let the tools be produced by third parties. Sancassiano would keep it close to secure the quality  they pursue.

Sancassiano: the “genesis” program
With their current program named ‘’Genesis’’, Sancassiano has claimed to have built the perfect mixer.  The name ‘’Genesis’’ applies to all their mixers, regardless if they are Spiral Mixers, Double Spiral Mixers, Revo Mixers, Hydra Mixers, Fork mixers, Kryos or Planetary mixers for batters. One aspect of this program is that all their mixers have the same bowl and is therefore interchangeable with all mixer types provided that they are the same size. The interchangeability of the mixing bowls reduces the amount of mixers needed in the factory.
The history in a nutshell
Founded by Amabile Drocco in the year 1962, Sancassiano has been in business as a limited company since 1980. Today the Drocco family still owns the majority of the capital. Nowadays the company has over 130 employees and a turnover of an estimated 30 million euros in 2016 of which almost 95 % is exported to other countries.
