Founded in the year 1926 by Alois Fritsch in Wiese, today the Czech Republic, Fritsch was a manufacturer of agricultural machines and accessories.  After the second world war Fritsch started specializing as a manufacturer of bakery equipment. The breakthrough came after the development of the Rollfix®, a reversible sheeter which became very popular after bakers were searching for methods to produce their products faster and more efficient. After this breakthrough, Fritsch further developed the reversible sheeter to completely automated high capacity laminators and other production lines.  Nowadays Fritsch serves both the semi- industrial and industrial bakeries with the most high quality and high capacity solutions.
